You do not need the TeraBox app to save a TeraBox video on Android. With a modern browser you can paste the share link, download the file to your phone or watch it first — no account and no login. This guide shows the quickest way, plus a couple of fallbacks.
Method 1: Download From Chrome (Quickest)
- Copy the TeraBox share link — from a message, or from Share → Copy link in TeraBox.
- Open tera-downloader.com in Chrome (or Firefox, Samsung Internet or Edge).
- Paste the link into the box. The file list loads automatically on paste, or tap Download.
- Tap Download next to the video. Android shows a download notification and saves the file to your Downloads folder.
- Open the Files (or Downloads) app to find, play, move or share it.
Method 2: Watch First, Then Decide
Large videos can be several gigabytes. Tap Stream instead of Download to play the video in your browser right away with the TeraBox Player Online. If it is the right file, go back and download it.
Method 3: Use the Android App
Prefer a dedicated app with a built-in player and background downloads? Our free TeraBox Player app for Android handles TeraBox, Diskwala and other links in one place.
Tips for Big Downloads on a Phone
- Use Wi-Fi for anything over a few hundred megabytes, and check you have enough free storage.
- Keep the browser open (or allowed in the background) until the notification says the download finished.
- If the video opens in the browser instead of downloading, long-press it and choose Download video.
- For shared folders, open the folder first and download the files you need one at a time.
If the Download Fails
Retry on a different connection first. Then see TeraBox download failed? Fix it in 60 seconds and TeraBox link not working?. On an iPhone instead? Follow how to download TeraBox files on iPhone.
